Shifting Tides

General info:
The story takes place on an isolated island off of the eastern Kamchatkan coast. The island, and its lab was used to study the effects of radiation and various other things on cats. I do not know why they were doing this, just imagine the classic evil scientist experiments with green goo and whatnot.

Eventually, a mutated cat, Bartholomew, escaped and an evacuation was ordered. The island has been left uninhabited since then, and the research done there covered up. Despite the circumstances, the escaped cats have gone on to prosper.

Modern day, the cats on the island have created colonies for themselves. The Raspberries live in the mire to the west, the Blackberries live in the forest to the north, and the Cloudberries live on the eastern shore and the caves spanning beneath. All the colonies follow a religion in which they worship Bartholomew, whom they consider to be their savior.

Beyond that, all around the island are 'strays', as they are called, cats who are unaffiliated with the colonies. There are also 'wanderers' cats who, while not a direct member of any colony, spend much of their time in and around them.

This story is perpetually a work in progess.

Note: while Shifting Tides is inspired by, and originally started out as a Warrior Cats fanfiction, I’ve purposefully moved it away from that and I’d prefer it not be referred to as such.

Amalgamation

General info:
Amalgamation takes place on an abandoned galactic colony built in the frame of a Dyson sphere. Their benefactors eventually stopped showing up and fighting broke out because the pseudo-planet was almost uninhabitable and they needed resources from said benefactors. War went on so long it became less of a fight and more just a status quo.
The current prevailing power is the Church, controlled by Reverend Mara Lambda. The Church is making a great machination, nicknamed "Leviathan", to eat the sun because they believe it will fix their problems with energy and resources.

UTOPIA:DYSTOPIA

General info: Nettle is a burnt-out military biochem researcher who specializes in synthesizing the ephemeral compounds found in gods. Their fairly boring life is thrown completely kaleidoscopic when not only do people start dropping like flies due to the new death deity, but it also turns out that "true God" has been found via reality dredging.

Tortoiseshell Cat Blues

General info: A prequel to U:D, following Lynn and Katarina. Lynn is the god of the end, however, she was cast off by the other gods because she intervened with the real world too often. They trapped her in an endless pocket dimension, and as pension she gets to torture dead mortals however she pleases.
Katarina is an ordinary young woman who accidentally killed her wife during an argument. She ended up killing herself out of guilt, and she is now Lynn's latest chew-toy.
Lynn ends up dying, however gods cannot truly die, so she is instead rebirthed into a new form. The god of death hasn't been rebirthed for eternities so now all the gods are scrambling because there is now a unwizened, untrained Thanatos out on the loose. This leads into the beginning of UTOPIA:DYSTOPIA.
